Heavy duty stirrers feature a brushless DC motor which produces uniform speeds from 150 to 1200 rpm for consistent, reproducible results. Stirrer speed is clearly visible on digital display. Three automatic, selectable modes of operation allow maximum control of process to optimize the growth of cells. Select constant speed mode to go from a soft start to a steady speed. Use interval start mode to start and stop in cycles before reaching a final constant speed. Operate in two-speed mode to run stirrers at first constant speed for a period of time and then automatically adjust to second constant speed. Stirrers accept flask sizes up to 3 liters and are available in one- or four-position models. Optional remote control assembly is available.
