Rapid temperature rise and recovery times

User-friendly PID microprocessor temperature control allows you to repeatedly set operating temperature in the range of ambient +5C to 250C. Single program controller comes standard with two ramps and two dwells; ramp is adjustable from as low as 0.01C per minute, dwell from 0 to 9999 minutes. The adjustable high-limit hydraulic safety thermostat with indicator lamp maintains temperature a few degrees above set point in the event of primary control failure and prevents overtemperature conditions. HEPA filter model is available for maximum contamination protection. The 3"-thick silica-based insulation between oven chamber and exterior walls helps minimize heat radiation to surrounding environment. The drawer-style control panel is protected from spills and easily pulls out for accessibility. Interior chamber is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel for easy cleaning. Exterior is constructed of durable cold-rolled steel with a white powder-coat finish.
