GC-4085 Automatic Coal Mining Multiple Parameters Gas Chromatograph is a key component of a monitoring system for checking conditions within the coal mine. Ihe gas chromatograph has two column ovens with three parallel columns connected to injection ports and interchangeable specialized columns and detectors. Samples can be automatically injected into 12-32 gas paths connected to gas tubes. Through computer control and data processing software, the instrument can safely analyze data with a gas overflow automatic shutdown system. Data analyzed will also be automatically recorded and printed for future reference. With real-time monitoring of the mine's conditions, GC-4085 can accurately determine the probability of combustions in the mine,changes in concentrations of combustible gases,and the area in which combustion is most likely to occur.


The instrument itself has a high degree of automation with an efficient structure design. It is especially suited for performing a variety of analytical processes easily and simply. This instrument is highly accurate with shortened cycle times, perfect for analyzing gas concentrations and preventing fires in the mine. Compared to other domestic gas chromatographs,GC-4085 is one few chromatographs that the Chinese Ministry of Coal recognize as the most superior.

· High Stability: Thermal conductivity conductor, two column ovens, three parallel columns (equivalent to two seperate gas chromatographs configured as one). The double column oven system ensures that the temperatures in each of the two column ovens are different to analyze carbon monoxide,alkenes, alkanes, and ten other different gases. This greatly increases the speed and accuracy of the analysis for a more reliable forecast.

· Safety and Lifespan: Three columnn installation devices to prevent contamination and promote longer working times.

· Fast Analysis: Backflushing for faster analysis by reducing cycle times. For one injection, it only takes 4 to 8 minutes to find the concentractions of O2, N2, CO, and CO2 and trace amounts of CO, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, and C2H6 to accurately predict the probability of potential fires. Within 10 minutes, the instrument will determine the trace amounts of all previously listed gases as well as C3H8.

· Routine and Specific Monitoring: Exist for some special parts of the instrument (but not at the sampling points). A conventional gall ball can be used to store gas for routine analysis.

· Automatic/Manual Conversion: Can easily convert the instrument from a specialized gas chromatograph monitoring mine conditions to a general-purpose laborartory GC.

· Flexible: Can analyze alkanes, sulfure hexaflouride, sulfur dioxide, and other gases within the mine.
