Symmetrical air conduction throughout the inner chamber and the defined air-flow rates guarantee reproducible data and the exact definition of nonvolatile compounds (NFA according to ISO 3251). The silicone, dust-free inner chamber reliably prevents undesirable changes in paint surfaces. The large-surface filter cartridge attains a considerably higher filtration efficiency than filter fleece and reliably collects suspended particles from the fresh air. It can be replaced easily as a whole unit, with no filter residue penetrating the inner chamber. These safety drying ovens fulfill all the safety regulations for handling substances containing solvents, in accordance with EN 1539 (formerly VBG 24).
Model number 05012-35 reaches temperatues up to 300°C; model 05012-36 reaches temperatues up to 350°C. Both units operate at ambient ±5°C. These ovens are stackable to conserve valuable lab space.
