VIRTIS Virtual Serisi
Designed for fast drying and high condenser loading applications, Virtual freeze-dryer is a large capacity pilot freeze-dryer in the smallest footprint.
The Virtual freeze-dryer offers a high capacity internal coil condenser, able to process all of the product that can be put on the 4 to 10 stainless steel shelves. Three refrigeration options are available allowing the coldest shelf temperature to -70ºC and coldest condenser to -85ºC
Powerful control system options allow easy scale-up from clinical and small scale batches to large scale production runs. Virtual can be configured for cleanroom applications.
All Virtis freeze-dryers are built in our ISO 9001- registered facilities to meet the most exacting current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).

• The product chamber, shelves and condenser chamber are made of durable, long-lasting 316L stainless steel, for many years of trouble-free performance.
• Large 50 L internal condenser
• An expanded range of shelf arrangements with shelf latching kits lets you configure the Virtual to your exact processing requirements.
• Reliable refrigeration systems with proven standard CFC-free refrigerants offer a wide range of temperatures for all types of applications.
• Optional controls with Pirani or capacitance manometer vacuum gauges; functions such as barometric endpoint and moisture analysis; additional product probes and security systems provide more precise control of the freeze-drying process.
• Our advanced control systems, Encore and Maestro, allows the freeze drying process to be fully automated. Designed for 21 CFR Part 11.
