Offered in 25 and 35 liter condenser sizes and a wide variety of condenser temperatures, these floor models can be configured for your exact processing requirements. Their flexibility makes them a great choice for labs with multiple end users.
Freezemobile Series Freeze Dryers Features and Options
• Power Save Button- Extends vacuum pump life by enabling operation based on pressure set-point demand. Allows up to 90% off-time in secondary drying.
• Vacuum Pump Module- Convenient access to vacuum pump for inspection and routine oil changes.
• CE Marking- All models configured for 230V/50Hz conform tot electrical safety standards set by the European Community.
• Quick Defrost- An integral electrical heater allows easy ice removal and rapid turnaround time.
• Highly Visible Graphic Display- Amber and green lights, representing points of condenser temperature and vacuum pull-down, provide visual confirmation that the system is fully functional.
• Audible and Lighted Display Alarms- All units feature alarms that are represented with lighted symbols and are also audible to notify the end-user when the system has not reached required set-points in the configuration.
• Cabinet Construction- Easily removable front and side panel allows access to refrigeration system and components. Chemically resistant black polyethylene work surface, cleans easily and resists stains.
• Selection of Manifolds- Manifolds are available in a wide selection of shapes and sizes, including drum, single-tier, double-tier, and bulk and stoppering drying assemblies. If you can't find a manifold to suit your application, we will create one for you.
• Stainless Steel, Smooth-walled Condensers with Clear Acrylic Doors- This creates an easy-to-clean environment, with good visibility of the condenser load.
• Refrigeration Options- Flexible, CFC-free refrigeration systems provide high-efficiency condensing temperatures to -85°C. Compatible with a wide variety of applications, from aqueous samples to organics and acids.
• Vacuum Brake System- Maintains system vacuum pressure and prevents oil from backstreaming into the system in the event of a power failure or improper shut-down procedure.
• Optional Built-in Shell Freezer- Permits sample freezing while other samples freeze dry. The optional bath has two rollers to rotate flasks up to 2000mL in a heat transfer fluid. The bath can be switch off when freezing is complete.
• Electric Purge System(optional) - Lets you isolate the vacuum pump from the vacuum system so that volatile vapors may be purged from the pump oil, extending the life of the pump.
• Filter Trap(optional) - Protects the pump from the corrosive action of acid and solvent vapors. Your choice of cartridges ordered separately.
• Super Sentry Microprocessor Controller- The latest generation of automated control features intuitive operation and numberous step-saving refinements.
