The PCR Sprint thermal cycler is ideal for users who want to perform small amounts of PCR's on a regular basis. Fast and efficient, the PCR Sprint has two choices of sample format: The 0.2ml block option has space for twenty-four tubes and the 0.5ml block option has space for twenty tubes. The block can be interchanged if necessary by using the thumbscrews evident on the block surround.. The PCR Sprint thermal cycler employs robust peltier technology with heating rates up to 3°C/sec with excellent uniformity and accuracy. Supplied with a heated lid as standard for oil free operation. User-friendly software can store up to 60 programs under user-defined names within six sub-directories. |
