Chameleon Multi-label Mikroplate Reader

These microplate readers are compact in size and save valuable bench space. An internal microprocessor with easy-to-use software accesses all instrument functions. Choose between single or combined function units. All models can have additional functions added at a later timeFor advanced data analysis order optional DeltaSoft PC software. DeltaSoft software includes nine curve fitting programs, statistical analysis of sample concentration calculations, detailed kinetic analysis and report templates that are Excel^TM compatible.

The Liquid Scintillation Counter has preset modes for the most commonly used radioisotopes (³H, ¹⁴C, ³⁵S, ³³P and ¹²⁵I). Use for scintillation proximity assays (SPA), flash plate assays, cell proliferation studies, radioimmunoassays (RIA) and immunoradiometric assays (IRMA).

The Fluorescence Reader is ideal for both short life-time fluorophores and long life-time fluorescence using Fluorescence Intensity (FI), and Time-Resolved Fluorescence (TRF) modes. Applications include DNA hybridization studies, binding studies, enzyme assays, ligand receptor binding assays, cytotoxicity and immunoassays.

The Luminometer measures both �glow� and �flash� type reagents. Use for ATP detection, reporter gene assays, luminescence immunoassays, and toxicology. Luminescence function requires an injector (sold separately).

The Absorbance Reader has a wavelength range from 240 to 1000 nm. Typical applications include DNA quantification, colorimetric assays and enzyme assays.
