These units generate sine, square, triangle, ramp, pulse, TTL and CMOS outputs, and offer variable duty cycle, and variable DC offset. Use coarse and fine tuning controls to accurately display the necessary reading on the five-digit LED display.
Model 26864-50 generates signals between 0.1 Hz to 10 MHz, in eight selectable ranges. This unit provides normal mode, adjustable linear or log sweep, and voltage controlled generator (VCG) functions.
Model 26864-52 generates signals between 0.2 Hz to 20 MHz, in eight selectable ranges. It offers the same features as the 26864-50, plus AM and FM modulation, burst mode and provides a built-in frequency counter up to 30 MHz.
