FEATURES

The Value bioreactor is designed to have a massive fermentation process for microorganism. It has a feature that controls inside temperature of vessel with aircooling or optional supplying cooling water. In addition, it gives space saving conveniences for user to install anywhere that it does not have a cooling watersupplying line in the lab and it is very easy to carry and move. The Value bioreactor is controlled by micro processor based on digital PID control algorithm. £ª The temperature control range is of the ambient temperature +3¡ÆC to 80¡ÆC. It has agitation speed range of 50~1,200 rpm and it is very usefully for an aerobic microorganism or aerobic microsorganism fermentation process. cold finger is an option to control temperance when it is necessary.

Mass cultivation of animal cells has intensively been investigated even thought cell culture techniques have been developed for long times.

There have been several difficulties in maintaining large quantities of live cells, especially more than million of cells per m/ in over five liter vessel. Fragility of animal cell, sophisticated culture conditions less economical feasibility of being scaled-up were major bottle necks in idustrializing cell culture technologies to produce a large amount of pharmaceuticals, tPA, interferon, EPO and many other MAb.
